1. Who we are
CasaLectora ("CasaLectora", "we", "us") is operated by Dylan Langley Welch("the seller"). By creating an account or using CasaLectora, you are entering into an agreement with Dylan Langley Welch.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or continuing to use CasaLectora, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. The service
CasaLectora provides Spanish-language reading material adapted to CEFR levels A1–C2, together with tools such as a personal glossary and reading progress tracking. Some features require a paid subscription.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use CasaLectora for any unlawful purpose;
- engage in fraud, spam, or abuse of other users;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- upload malware, probe or scan our systems, or otherwise interfere with security;
- scrape, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All articles, software, branding, and other materials made available through CasaLectora are owned by Dylan Langley Welch or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CasaLectora for personal learning within your chosen plan.
7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We do not guarantee that CasaLectora will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to CasaLectora if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasaLectora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or CasaLectora shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of CasaLectora after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
